here is a solution for RM-1134/ rm 1133  not charging for some reason may be water damage, charging IC damage, charging ways broken, charging line short etc. 

For solve this type of problems, fast open mobile PCB then check charging ways if charging ways are not ok then make jumper. 

If charging ways are ok  than wash your mobile PCB using PCB cleaning tool. After cleaning check your mobile. Is it charging if not then replace charging IC.
